RAMEF Instructors Across Maryland...

In the month of June over 500 School Foodservice and School Cafeteria employees from all over Maryland will be taking the ServSafe certification course as part of the Food Is Safe Here (FISH) training initiative.  The Maryland State Department of Education understands the importance of Food Safety education and hired RAMEF to conduct the training for them.

Maryland ProStart Teacher of the Year receives National Award

                                

Bonita Curtis of Fairmont Heights High School in Prince George's County was in Chicago the weekend of May 21st to receive the James H. Maynard Excellence in Education Award from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.

Although a bit cool and misty outside, 111 golfers came out to PB Dye Golf Club to support the Restaurant Association of Maryland Education Foundation.  Over $10,000 was raised to support the ProStart program in Maryland!
