This 16-hour program (8-hours for recertification every 3 years) covers updates to the latest FDA Food Code and meets all mandated requirements in Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Annapolis City, Prince George's County, Howard County and Montgomery County and is accepted throughout the rest of the state as meeting or exceeding the qualifications for certification.
