ProStart is a culinary and foodservice management curriculum for high school students. With over 1500 students in Maryland's ProStart program each year, ProStart is creating tomorrow's foodservice leaders and teaching them the skills they need to be successful.
The following resumes are exclusively ProStart graduates and current ProStart students. These indivuduals have demonstrated a commitment to pursuing hospitality as a career, not just a job.
