Tom Collins

Ingredients

3/4 to 1 ounce fresh lemon juice,1/4 to 3/4 ounce simple syrup,2 ounces gin,Seltzer,1 cherry,Lemon slice

Directions

Stir first three ingredients together with ice cubes in a collins glass, fill to the top with seltzer, and garnish with fruit.
